• Cybersecurity assessments and implementations
• Data analytics and business intelligence solutions

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals during project phases
• Payment according to agreed terms and schedules
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information

4. Intellectual Property

All custom developments and solutions created specifically for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment. TesseractX Labs retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Confidentiality

TesseractX Labs maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, data, and business processes. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect sensitive information.

6. Limitation of Liability

TesseractX Labs' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms and conditions will be specified in individual service agreements.
